There was color everywhere for the Color Vibe 5K Run on September 19, including on Mayor Hal Parish. This year the event was better than ever.
People with colorful faces and tutu’s danced to the DJ’s music while they waited for their turn to run. The runners ran through a cloud of colorful cornstarch and had it splattered on their clothes and faces. It was truly amazing to see how much spirit everyone had during the event.
The Color Vibe 5K Run is no ordinary run, because people of all ages can participate. This year more than 6,000 people attended the event. We had the opportunity to get many colorful pictures and to enjoy the runner’s rush of energy.
